We have a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You are eligible for a 100% refund on the item cost if, after consistently trying to use the Dental Wand throughout the 120-day period (minimum of 60 days), your cat has not bitten it.

The Dental Wand must be returned clean, unused, and in its original packaging. It is fine to have used other items, such as the toothpaste or catnip, during the 120 days. If making a return, please include all other used items along with the unused Dental Wand.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive 100% of the item cost. Shipping costs (usually £3.29) are non-refundable.

To return your item, use the return label provided inside the original packaging. Affix it to the outer parcel and hand it to your local Royal Mail or Post Office. Please ensure the package is securely sealed with tape where necessary.

• Tried to use the Dental Wand frequently during a minimum of 60 days.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, the 120-day money-back guarantee starts from the date you receive your products.

Normal Returns

By law, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. In these cases, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. This applies to the Dental Wand and any other items in the Starter Kit.

Return labels are located inside the original packaging. Simply affix the label to the outer package, ensure it is visible, secure the items with tape where needed, and drop it off at your local Post Office or Royal Mail delivery centre.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
