Money Back Guarantee​

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You are able to get 100% of your money back if in 30 days your cat has not bitten the Dental Wand and you have tried to use it on 15 different occasions without success.

 

The Dental Wand in that case must be returned clean, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. It is fine to have used other items such as the toothpaste or the catnip within those 30 days. If making a return please return all other used items along with the unused Dental Wand. 

 

Your return will be processed within 5 business days and you will receive 100% of your item costs. We do not return the shipping costs (usually £3.29).

 

To return your item, use the return label inside and stick it to the outer packaging and hand it to your local Royal Mail or Post Office. Make sure the items are secured with tape where necessary.

Normal Returns

By law you may return your item within 14 days. In these cases the item must be unused, unworn, returned as received and in it's original packaging.

The return labels are located inside the original packaging. All you need to do is stick them on the outer packaging, make sure they are visible, use tape where applicable to secure the items and give it to your local post office or Royal Mail delivery centre.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
